Mr. Frank graduated from Bishop DuBourg High School in 1984, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1987, and St. Louis University School of Law in 1990.
Since graduation from law school in 1990, Mr. Frank' s practice has exclusively involved the representation of injured individuals in medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death matters. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Frank worked as a trial attorney at The John J. Frank Partnership. In 1999, he and his partners formed Frank, Dolan & Mueller, L.L.C.
Mr. Frank is admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri. He has tried cases to verdict in the courts of the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Franklin County, Jefferson County, Perry County and Phelps County. He has argued cases in front of the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. |

| Mr. Frank has been active in numerous professional associations. Since 1996, he has served on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Trial Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Previously he has served on the Young Lawyers Section Council of The Missouri Bar from 2000 through 2002. He also served on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers' Division of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis from 1998-2002. He received the Young Lawyers' Division Award of Merit for outstanding service to the bar in 1998 and 2001.
Mr. Frank also dedicates his time to community organizations. In 1998-99, he served as Family Partner for Habitat for Humanity. He has been on the committee and volunteers his time for each of the past ten years to the Project Angel Tree holiday party which provides gifts to over 6,000 area children each year. Mr. Frank also serves on the Board of Directors of Community Alternatives, Inc., a not for profit agency which provides a variety of social services to individuals suffering from mental illness.
Mr. Frank has lived in the St. Louis area his entire life. He and his wife reside in Fenton, MO.
