| Biography: Mr. Mueller is a trial lawyer. He, alone, will handle your case from the free initial consultation to a conclusion, whether that is a settlement, trial verdict, or an appeal the Missouri Supreme Court. Don’t make the mistake of hiring an attorney who will assign your case to an inexperienced associate or paralegal. To ensure the best results throughout every aspect of the case, he alone will work on your injury claim.
Mr. Mueller is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. He has successfully tried cases to a verdict in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Franklin County, US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Illinois counties of Madison and St. Clair. He has argued in front of the US Court of Appeals, the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Missouri Supreme Court.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Mueller served as an appellate judicial law clerk at the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Honorable Carl R. Gaertner. From 1991 to 1997, he worked as a trial lawyer at the defense law firm of Moser and Marsalek, PC. There, he defended insurance companies, automobile and truck drivers,
