We were able to retain one of the top experts dealing with work place falls. We also retained four other experts including a medical expert, work site safety expert, economist, and a vocational economist. This was an extremely complicated case that we litigated for approximately three years.

We pursued this case on a novel legal theory and the defendant refused to pay. It wasn’t until after three days of trial that the defendant paid $2,400,000 to settle the matter.
